Reading the Settings screen

“Settings” holds your email preferences and your company's usage settings. The heading on the screen reads “Notification settings”. This article shows which section changes what.
What you can do
Members open “Settings” from the navigation; admins and managers reach it from “Notifications & org defaults”. Manager sections do not appear for members.
Reading the screen
Sections everyone sees
- “Profile photo” — your icon on the feed and board.
- “Report language” — the language you write in (multilingual add-on). Multilingual entry
- “Language” — screen and email language. Display language
- “Use as an app” — Add to your home screen
- “Reminder emails to me” — turn each email off; set your deadline.
- “Google Calendar” — paste the day's events in. Insert calendar events
Sections only for admins and managers
- “Features” — switch “Photo taken-at timestamps”, “Report sign-off” and “Print/PDF & external share links” company-wide. Data stays. US companies do not see the last two rows.
- “Team wall” — how widely reports are shared. Team wall
- “Filling & viewing settings (for inspections/checklists)” — fill order.
- “Reactions” — your own image stamps.
- “Voice-entry spelling dictionary” — site and product names.
- “Daily report PDF email (approval required)”. Email report PDFs
- “Organization defaults (admin)” — time zone, reminder deadline, digest time.
- “Multilingual add-on (admin)”, “AI reply suggestions add-on (admin)”. Add-ons
US companies also see “Site location (admin)”.
At the bottom
- “Support & contact” — questions and bugs. Contact support
- “A message from the development team”.
- “Delete account”. Delete account
FAQ
- Do settings change past reports? — No. Data stays when a feature is off and reappears when it is on.
- Why are company settings missing? — Sections like “Features” are for admins and managers. Ask your admin about your role.
- Can I change them on a phone? — Yes. Sections stack at phone width.
