Read reports in the feed and send a reaction

“Unread reports” on the “Feed” tab serves submitted reports from your teams one at a time, newest first. This article covers the daily loop of reading a report and answering with a single reaction.

Steps

1. Open “Feed” at the top of the screen. “Unread reports” appear one by one.
2. Read the report. A card is marked as read as soon as it appears on screen.
3. Press “Noted”, “Nice”, “Good work” or “Following up” at the bottom. Your reaction reaches the writer and the next report opens automatically.
4. Press the same reaction again to take it back.
5. You are done when nothing is left and “You're all caught up” appears.

Tip: Above the card you can see this week's submissions and how many are still unread. With more than one team, use the team selector above to narrow to one.

If it does not work

• A report you expected is not there — a report leaves the unread list once shown. See A report does not appear in the feed.
• A report in another language has no translation — use “Generate translation” on the card. See A report written in another language has no translation.
• A red notice says your reaction could not be saved — the connection dropped. Press it again where there is signal.

FAQ

• Can I answer a report I already read? — Yes. Open “View all of today's submissions (including read)” to see everything submitted today.
• How is read state recorded? — Automatically, as soon as the card appears on screen. There is no button to mark it read.
• What if there are many unread reports? — Up to 50 load at a time. Press “Load more unread” for the next batch.
• Can we use our own stamps? — Yes. Custom reactions registered by an admin or manager follow the four standard ones.
