“KPI rollups” totals the numbers entered in reports — sales, counts, hours worked — for each period. This article covers reading the total, the daily average and the member breakdown, and downloading a CSV. No setup is needed.

Steps

  1. Open the “Stats” tab and “KPI rollups” appears. Fields of type “Numbers” are totalled as soon as a report is submitted.
  2. Select one of the two period buttons at the top, for the last 7 days or the last 30 days.
  3. With two or more teams, pick the team in the box next to those buttons. “All teams” returns to the whole company.
  4. Select “Download CSV”. The detail for the chosen period is saved to your device.

A CSV with five columns — date, member, field, value and unit — means you are done.

Reading each item

  • “Total” — the total for all members in the period.
  • “Daily average” — the total divided by the days that field was filled in. The day count is shown beside it.
  • The daily chart — the total per day. Today sits on the right, and the highest day is labelled.
  • “Member” — who recorded how much. People who left the company show “(former member)”.
  • “Derived metrics (auto-calculated)” — “Avg. spend per customer” and “Sales per labor hour” appear only when the source numbers exist. Nothing to enter.

If it does not work

  • No numbers at all — widen the period to the last 30 days. If no report with a number has been submitted, add a “Numbers” field. See Add and edit template fields.
  • Filtering by team gives nothing — when “No numeric data matches this team and period.” appears, choose “All teams” again in the box.
  • A field you want is missing — only “Numbers” fields are rolled up, never text or choice fields.

FAQ

  • Is any setup needed? — No. “Numbers” fields are rolled up as reports arrive.
  • Can I open the CSV in Excel? — Yes. The columns are date, member, field, value and unit.
  • What range goes into the CSV? — Exactly the period and team shown on screen.
  • Can I get back to the whole company from an empty screen? — Yes. “Clear team filter” below “No numeric data matches this team and period.” returns the whole company.
  • How do I find the text of past reports? — Use the “Search” tab. See Search past reports.
