Roll up numbers and download a CSV
For: Admin / Manager
On this page
“KPI rollups” totals the numbers entered in reports — sales, counts, hours worked — for each period. This article covers reading the total, the daily average and the member breakdown, and downloading a CSV. No setup is needed.
Steps
- Open the “Stats” tab and “KPI rollups” appears. Fields of type “Numbers” are totalled as soon as a report is submitted.
- Select one of the two period buttons at the top, for the last 7 days or the last 30 days.
- With two or more teams, pick the team in the box next to those buttons. “All teams” returns to the whole company.
- Select “Download CSV”. The detail for the chosen period is saved to your device.
A CSV with five columns — date, member, field, value and unit — means you are done.
Reading each item
- “Total” — the total for all members in the period.
- “Daily average” — the total divided by the days that field was filled in. The day count is shown beside it.
- The daily chart — the total per day. Today sits on the right, and the highest day is labelled.
- “Member” — who recorded how much. People who left the company show “(former member)”.
- “Derived metrics (auto-calculated)” — “Avg. spend per customer” and “Sales per labor hour” appear only when the source numbers exist. Nothing to enter.
If it does not work
- No numbers at all — widen the period to the last 30 days. If no report with a number has been submitted, add a “Numbers” field. See Add and edit template fields.
- Filtering by team gives nothing — when “No numeric data matches this team and period.” appears, choose “All teams” again in the box.
- A field you want is missing — only “Numbers” fields are rolled up, never text or choice fields.
