Look back at your own past reports
On this page
“Past reports” lets you read back the reports you submitted, newest first. This article covers opening a day from the calendar, paging through the list, and reading your all-time reaction count. It is a read-only screen, so nothing can be rewritten here.
Steps
- Submit today's report on the “Write” tab. “View past reports (by date)” then appears near the bottom of the screen; select it.
- “Past reports” opens with your submitted reports, newest first. Select a card to open the full report body in place.
- The calendar at the top marks the days you submitted. Select a marked date to open that day's report.
- Move between months with the arrows either side of the month name. You cannot go beyond this month.
- The list shows 30 at a time. “Older reports →” goes back and “← Newer reports” comes forward.
Your submitted reports listed newest first means you are done.
If it does not work
- The list is empty — “No submitted reports yet.” means nothing has been submitted. Drafts are never listed.
- Other people's reports are missing — “Past reports” holds only your own. Team reports are read on another screen.
- You want to rewrite a past report — not from here. See Write a missed day or edit after submitting.
- You want words, not dates — use “Keyword search”. See Search past reports.
FAQ
- Can others see “Reactions received (all time)”? — No, only you. It stays hidden until you receive one.
- Can I comment on a submitted report? — Yes. Opening one from a calendar date shows the comment box; a card opened in the list shows the report body only.
- Are mood records listed? — No. Mood is visible only to you and to admins.
- How many months back can I go? — There is no limit. “Older reports →” and the arrow left of the month name reach the oldest.
