Pricing, Trial and Payment

Pricing

  • Pricing is a single, simple plan billed monthly based on the number of users. For the current price, check the "Plan & billing" screen in the app or the pricing shown on our website (the amount shown there is the official price).
  • There's a free trial for a set period after signup, with full access to every feature. No credit card is required to start the trial.

Starting or Changing Payment

  1. Open "Plan & billing" from the "Manage" tab (managers and admins only). The screen is titled "Plan & billing".
  2. Tap "Start the free trial" to register a credit card (payments are processed through Stripe).
  3. After registering, use "Payment settings & cancellation (Stripe)" on the same screen to change your card, view billing history, or cancel.

Multilingual Add-On

  • The "multilingual add-on" enables native-language entry, voice input, and AI Japanese translation for foreign team members, all at once.
  • Check the add-on's status and price on the add-on card on the "Plan & billing" screen. To turn it on or off, use the multilingual add-on section of the "Settings" screen (see the separate manual "Write in Your Language & AI Translation (Multilingual Entry)").

What Happens After the Trial Ends

  • If you haven't completed the subscription steps by the time your free trial ends, a banner pointing to "Plan & billing" appears first. At this stage you can still enter and view reports as usual.
  • If the account remains unsubscribed for a while after that banner appears, entry and viewing are temporarily locked. While locked, members see a message asking them to contact their administrator about subscribing, and managers/admins see a link to "Plan & billing".
  • Your data is never deleted while locked. Once you complete the subscription steps (or resume payment) from "Plan & billing", you get immediate access to all your past reports again.
  • The number of days between the banner and the lock can vary. For the exact number of days remaining, check the wording shown on the banner itself.

Referral Program

  • The "Plan & billing" screen (managers and admins only) has a referral section where you can find your company's referral link. Share it with "Copy link", "Share on LINE", or "Share by email".
  • Companies that sign up through your referral link receive an extended free trial. When a referred company starts a paid plan, a credit is applied against your company's next invoice. The exact number of days, amount, and any caps are shown on that same screen — that's the authoritative source.
  • Referral progress (signups, subscriptions, and rewards applied) is also shown in the same section.
  • This feature is available for organizations on the Japan-market plan. For details on how it works, and how to join using a referral code, see the separate manual "Referral Program (Invite Companies You Know)".

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if our member count changes? Billing follows your member count automatically — adding or removing members is reflected without any action needed.
  • I want to cancel: You can cancel anytime from "Payment settings & cancellation (Stripe)". You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
  • What happens to past reports after cancellation? You can view them as usual until the end of the current billing period. After that, data handling follows the Terms of Service: after the contract ends, the operator may delete posted data once a reasonable period has passed. You can export numeric data in advance via CSV export on the KPI screen. For questions about report data retention, please reach out via "Contact us" in this chat.
  • Receipts and invoices: Available for download from the billing history under "Payment settings & cancellation (Stripe)".
