Support & Contact

Opening Support

  • Open support from the button at the bottom right of the screen ("Support"). You can also open it from "Open support" in the "Support & contact" section of the "Settings" screen.
  • When it opens, it asks how it can help and shows three menus.

The Three Menus

  • How-to question: AI answers instantly based on the manuals (beta). Answers are for reference. Related manual names may appear as "Sources".
  • Report a bug: Write what happened, the steps you took, and the screen name, then send.
  • Suggest an improvement: Write what you want to achieve and the situation where you get stuck, then send.

How-To Question (AI Answers, Beta)

  1. Choose "How-to question", type your question, and tap "Send".
  2. AI answers based on the manuals. AI answers are a beta feature and are for reference.
  3. Below the answer, "Did this solve your problem?" appears. "Solved" ends it; "Contact us" moves you to the contact form.

Contact Us (Reach a Human)

  1. Choosing "Report a bug", "Suggest an improvement", or "Contact us" from an AI answer opens the contact form.
  2. Choose a type (Question / Bug report / Feature request), write your message, and tap "Send".
  3. The chat history above is sent together, so you don't have to explain your situation again.
  4. Your message goes to the support team by email, and the reply is sent to your registered email address.

If email sending isn't available in your environment, you can email the address shown directly.
