Getting Started (Creating Your Account and Initial Setup)

From Account Creation to Your First Report

Tap "Start free" and sign up with your email address and password. A confirmation code will be sent to your email — enter it to continue.
After signing in, enter your company name and choose an industry (Construction & field crew log / Restaurant & retail report / Sales team report / Team daily report (general)). A report template matching your industry is set up automatically.
You'll land straight on the "Today's report" screen, ready to start writing. No admin setup is required.

The person who creates the company becomes the admin.
A team called "Everyone" is created automatically, and the creator is added to it.
Your report template is the preset for the industry you chose. Admins can add, edit, reorder, require, and remove fields from the "Edit template" screen (see the separate manual "Editing the Report Template (Field Design)").

Members (writers) see three tabs at the top: "Write", "History", and "Settings".
Managers and admins see six tabs: "Write", "Feed", "Status", "Stats", "Search", and "Manage". Company administration is done from the "Manage" tab. The "Feed" tab shows a badge with the count of unread reports when there are any.
If an admin turns on the Team wall in Settings, a "Team wall" tab also appears in the navigation for every role (it stays hidden while the setting is off).

Open "Members & invites" from the "Manage" tab (admins and managers only). The screen is titled "Members".
Tap "Create invite link" and share the link that appears with your team (the link is valid for 7 days).
When a member signs up from the link, they automatically join the team.
To invite many people at once, use "Bulk invite via CSV (for large teams)" on the same screen (see the separate manual "Managing Members, Teams and Permissions").

Every feature is free to use during the trial period.
