Writing a report

  • Report — the record of one day of work. You fill in the template fields and submit it.
  • Draft — a report before it is submitted. It saves itself as you type.
  • Submit — sending a written report to the reading side. One report per day.
  • Backfill — writing a report for an earlier day you missed. See Write a missed report or edit one you submitted.
  • Waiting to send — a report submitted with no signal, held on the device until the signal returns.
  • Voice input — speaking your day so the AI drafts the report for you.
  • Spelling dictionary — a list of site and product names that voice input often gets wrong, with the correct spelling.

Report fields

  • Template — the set of fields that make up a report. Picking an industry sets the first version.
  • Field — one input in a report: text, numbers, a checklist, and so on.
  • Time clock — the field that records start and end times plus breaks, and works out hours.

Reading and responding

  • Feed — the reading side's screen, where submitted reports arrive.
  • Reaction — a stamp you send back with a single press.
  • Mention — naming someone in a comment so they are notified.
  • Sign-off — a reader approving a report, leaving the approver's name on it.
  • Share link — a read-only link that lets someone outside the company see one report.
  • AI summary — an AI-written digest of submitted reports, per member.
  • Team wall — the screen where members read each other's reports.
  • Confirmation request — a request to confirm a notice, sent separately from reports.

Teams and settings

  • Role — the admin, manager, or member category. See Roles and how to read the screen.
  • Team — the unit that decides whose reports you can read. One person can be on several.
  • Invite link — the link people use to join your company.
  • Submission board — members by business day, showing submitted, missing, and days off.
  • Holiday — a day the company does not expect reports on.
  • Deadline — the time after which anyone who has not submitted gets a reminder email.

Stats and billing

  • KPI rollups — the screen that totals report numbers by period and by member.
  • Free trial — the period for trying features before you subscribe.
  • Add-on — a feature you switch on in addition to the standard plan.
