Team Wall (Sharing Reports with Your Team, Comments & Reactions)

What the Team Wall Is

When an admin chooses a visibility scope under "Team wall" in Settings, a "Team wall" tab appears in the navigation. It shows submitted reports in a timeline, newest first, and members can view each other's reports there, comment on them, and react. Reports that are unsubmitted or still in draft never appear.

Visibility Scope (Admins)

From "Team wall" in Settings, choose a scope. "Off" keeps the original behavior, where only the author and managers can see a report. "Share within team" lets members of the same team view each other's reports. "Share company-wide" lets everyone in the company view each other's reports. Choosing anything other than Off adds a "Team wall" tab to everyone's navigation.

How to Use It (Members)

Open the "Team wall" tab to see submitted reports from members within the chosen scope, newest first. Each card has the standard reaction buttons — tap once to react, tap again to remove your reaction. The comment field lets you reply with text, and you can attach photos to your comments.

What Doesn't Appear

Mood check-ins never appear on the Team wall — only the author and managers can see them. Reports that are unsubmitted or still drafts are also excluded. While the scope is off, everyone sees a "The team wall is currently off" notice instead.
