Register custom reactions

Custom reactions put your own logo or mascot on the buttons people press on a report. On top of the four standard ones you can register eight, and they appear on the feed and the team wall. Each takes about a minute.

1. Register a stamp

Open “Settings” and scroll to “Reactions”. The standard “Noted”, “Nice”, “Good work” and “Following up” are marked “Standard (fixed)” and cannot be swapped.

1. Enter a “Display name” of up to 12 characters.
2. Select “Choose image” and pick an image from your device. It is cropped to a centered square.
3. When the uploading message clears, “Add stamp” appears. Select it.
4. “Custom stamp added.” confirms it, and the stamp joins the reaction buttons.

Tip: Logos and mascots that read well when small work best. A detailed photo is hard to recognize at button size.

2. Swap a stamp

Stamps you no longer use can be removed. At the limit of eight, delete one before registering another.

Caution: Deleting a stamp hides reactions already given with it (the record itself is kept). To bring the same picture back, register the image again.

1. In “Reactions”, select “Delete” on that stamp's row.
2. Confirm at the prompt.
3. “Custom stamp deleted.” confirms it.

If it does not work

• “Add stamp” never appears — the upload is unfinished. Select “Choose image” and wait for the uploading message to clear.
• “Failed to upload the image. Please try again.” — select “Choose image” again where you have a signal, and try another file.
• You cannot add a stamp — eight are registered. Delete one to make room.
• “Reactions” is missing — the section is only for admins and managers.

FAQ

• How many stamps can I register? — Eight. At the limit the form disappears.
• Can I change the standard stamps? — No. “Noted”, “Nice”, “Good work” and “Following up” are fixed.
• Can members register them? — No, only admins and managers. Everyone can press them.
• Can I replace only the image? — There is no replace action. Register it again with the new image.
