Reading and Responding to Reports (Feed, Reactions, Comments, AI Summary)
Reading in the Feed (Managers and Admins)
Open "Feed" in the navigation to see your team's unread reports, newest first. The screen is titled "Unread reports". At the top you'll see a count like "This week ◯ · Unread ◯", and the "Feed" tab in the navigation also shows an unread badge, so you can tell how much is left at a glance. Reports are marked as read automatically as you go through them; once you've read everything you'll see "You're all caught up". When there are many unread reports, they load in batches — tap "Load more unread" to see the next batch. If you cover more than one team, filter using the team selector at the top. Open "View all of today's submissions (including read)" to see every report submitted today, whether read or not.
Reactions
Each report card has several reaction buttons (the standard set is Noted / Nice / Good work / Following up). Tap once to send a reaction, and tap again to remove it — it toggles. Who reacted with what is shown by name, so the writer can see exactly who read and reacted to their report. If your organization has registered its own custom image reactions, those appear alongside the standard ones (an admin registers them from Settings).
Comments
The comment field lets you reply with text. Type "@" followed by a member's name to mention them — they'll get an email notification (limited to one email per person per day). You can edit your own comments afterward; edited comments show "(edited)". You can attach photos, and you can draw lines or arrows on an attached photo as markup. Checking "Request a reply" when you send shows a "Reply needed" badge on your comment, which clears automatically once the other person replies. Admins can also delete comments written by other members (moderation). Members can check and reply to comments on their own reports from the submitted view on the "Today's report" screen.
AI Summary (Beta)
Open the "AI summary" screen from the "View AI summary" link on the feed, or the "AI summary" link on the Submissions screen, to have AI summarize each member's submissions for the day (switch to the Weekly tab to see several recent days together). It only runs when you tap "Generate AI summary"; you can choose a focus (Balanced / Safety & risk / Numbers & results) and a level of detail (Standard / Concise). The screen also lists "Submitted reports" — tap "View original" to expand any of them and react right from that preview. The AI summary is a beta feature: it's reference information to help you skim, and the original reports remain the record. Mood entries are never included in the summary.
Reading Reports Written in Another Language
Reports a member submitted in their own language show a translation by default. Tap "Show original" to switch to the original language (see the separate manual "Write in Your Language & AI Translation (Multilingual Entry)"). If no translation exists yet, use "Generate translation". It is automatically translated by AI (assistive) — if anything differs, the original text prevails, and the original is always available.
Approving a Report
Readers can approve a report with one tap using the "Approve" button on its feed card. Once approved, the approver's name is shown, and "Undo approval" reverses it if needed. For the full details on approval, printing, and sharing, see the separate manual "Report Sign-Off, Print/PDF, and External Share Links". If an admin has turned off "Report sign-off" under Features in Settings, this won't appear.
