Opening the Members Screen

  • Open "Members & invites" from the "Manage" tab (admins and managers only). The screen is titled "Members".

Invite Links

  1. On the "Members" screen, tap "Create invite link".
  2. Share the link — anyone who signs up from it joins automatically. The link is valid for 7 days, and you can "Revoke" it anytime.
  3. Each invite link has a limit on how many people can join through it. Once a link reaches its limit, new people can no longer use it (they'll see "This invite link has reached its usage limit") — create a new link in that case.

Bulk Invite via CSV (for large teams)

  1. In "Bulk invite via CSV (for large teams)" on the "Members" screen, upload a roster CSV (name, email) — up to 500 rows per upload; UTF-8 and Excel CSV exports both work.
  2. Tap "Check the file" to preview how many rows will be invited, are already members, are already invited, or have errors (nothing is sent at this point).
  3. Tap "Confirm and send invites" to send invite emails to everyone who hasn't joined. Existing members and pending invites are skipped automatically.
  4. Even if emails don't go out, you can share the links from "Download the result CSV (with invite links)" so each person can join.

Three Roles

  • You can change roles or remove members from the "Members" screen.
  • The last admin or manager can't be demoted or removed (so there's always someone who can manage the organization).

Teams

  • On the "Members" screen, you can create teams and assign members with checkboxes (a person can belong to more than one team).
  • Managers only see reports for the teams they belong to. Admins see all teams.
  • Once there are 2 or more teams, a team filter appears on the "Feed", "Submissions", and "KPI rollups" screens.

What happens to data when someone leaves

  • Removing a member keeps all reports and comments they submitted (your team's records are never lost).
  • A removed member can no longer access this company's data after signing in.
  • Billing counts members at each monthly invoice, so removals are reflected on the next invoice automatically (see the "Billing" screen for pricing details, including any minimum seat count).

Template Assignment (fit your company's style)

  • On the "Edit template" screen you can create multiple templates and either make one the team default or assign it to specific members only.
  • Turning on "Template changes by reporters" lets members choose their template or create a personal one (switch it on/off to match your policy).
