Checking Submission Status and Managing Days Off

Submissions Board (Managers and Admins)

  • Open "Status" in the navigation to see the "Submissions" screen, showing each member's submission status across the last 5 business days in a grid.
  • On mobile, this becomes 3 sections: "Not submitted today", "Off today", and "Submitted today".
  • Weekends and registered holidays don't count as business days (shown as "Off"). If someone submits on a day off, it's still shown as submitted.

Engagement Badges

Submitted cells show a badge for the comments and reactions a report has received, in the form "N comments" / "N reactions" (an item with zero is left off). This lets you spot at a glance which reports still haven't gotten enough reactions or comments back — useful for catching ones you haven't responded to yet.

Registering a Member's Day Off

  • From the "not submitted" list on the "Submissions" screen, tap "Mark as off" to mark that person as off for today ("Undo" reverses it).
  • Members can also mark themselves off from the "Today's report" screen by choosing "I'm off today (not submitting)".
  • People marked as off are excluded from reminders.

Company Holidays and Japanese Public Holidays

  1. From the "Submissions" screen, open "Holiday settings".
  2. Tap "Add Japanese public holidays" to register all public holidays (including substitute holidays) as company holidays at once.
  3. Company-specific closures can be added or removed individually by date.

Registered holidays are excluded from submission days (matrix columns and the submission-rate denominator). Bulk-adding public holidays is a feature for organizations in Japan.
